Vam Vladimir living in Russia Stavropol of Stavropol Territory, born in republic Kalmykia writes. I wish to describe the life in brief. I in republic Kalmykia have finished university on a speciality the lawyer-jurist then began to work as the militiaman. Has worked 8 years on various posts, on last post of the investigator has worked 5 years, has served to the captain. At me term of reception of a rank the major almost approached, but being on the given post, I could not receive it. I asked the management to appoint me to other post for the purpose of reception of the next rank, but it refused to me. By the way indicators of my work as a whole on republic were at good level. By this time I was married also daughters there was one year, the spouse did not work. And on children at this age the big material expenses are required, and my wages practically did not suffice. Concerning that did not wish to move me on other post and that I did not have a further prospect of growth in the given militian site, at me with a management quarrels began to arise then I have decided to be translated in other militian site. I have found a militian site fr om which in my militian site have sent inquiry about my private affair. But my management and a management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of republic did not wish me to release in other region, referring that there are instructions "fr om above", that moving of staff to other regions is forbidden and offered: leave and go wh ere you want. Quarrels at me with a management arose in increasing frequency and I have decided to leave and move to the brother to Stavropol which worked as the house painter, he and called me to work with it. Here so my militian career, not so that grateful because on the given service you lose health has ended, is not present rest a dream, days off normal, but nevertheless it is good school of a life and I do not regret strongly that have given to this work of 8 years though the state has already forgotten about it.
I have left also in the summer of 2008 have moved with the spouse and the daughter to Stavropol wh ere began to work with the brother the house painter. At first I not bad earned, but thus approximately 30-40 % earned, it was necessary to give for rent of one-room apartment. And by the end of the year, when there was a world financial crisis our earnings catastrophically have fallen, as almost all buildings of Stavropol and many other cities have stopped also at times there was no money to buy products. The spouse thus does not work, as the daughter did not go to a kindergarten. In which so simply the child you will not give, because turn terrible. On a speciality in Stavropol work is available, though now lawyers though take away, therefore earnings which are offered by employers will not allow my family to live on demountable apartment. To eat thus and to put on. And to go in a place of the birth and last residence it was not meaningful, as there there is no work. In August, 2009 my daughter all the same took in a kindergarten and wash the spouse began to be engaged in work search. On the speciality - the finance and the credit, with secondary education, without having experience it could not long time, find work. And in October, 2009 washing the spouse has become pregnant, i.e. It has not found work to pregnancy and now approximately 2-2,5 years to me again to one to earn money for our family. But we do not worry in the given occasion as god has given to my wife pregnancy, means so should be. There has now come a winter season and in building small recession, but all the same some work is, but it is necessary «to tighten more tightly belts» and this with the fact that to me only 32 years.
I will not be cried to you, but I very much would like to please the little girls, the wife and the daughter and the future child that I can normally contain them and I wish to tell that my dream was to open the business but as there is no starting capital it practically not probably. Now I in search of other work but while it is ineffectual. And now my dream to get a route and a fixed-route taxi, namely a minibus and to carry passengers on a city. In the autumn I on realisation of last dream gradually saved money, but they somehow began to disperse imperceptibly on analyses to the spouse at statement on the account on pregnancy and on the daughter who very often was ill in the autumn.
